Could not upload attachment

Hello,

We are experiencing problems with uploading attachments after we have purchased extra storage space (200mb for 1 month ... valid till Oct25)

I have allocated all the free space to attachments but I will still get the message "Could not upload attachment" when attempting to attach any file type.

This occurs for all users and is occurring for all types of files on all parts of our forum.

Additionally, files that were previously attached and viewable are now disappearing or will say "You are not allowed to access this page." when clicked and the file will disappear and self delete.

Please share your insight into this weird issue.

1st. You must set the Attachments file size.

Allowed space for attachments: 20480 Kb (Space left : 20480 Kb = 20 Mb)
Maximum attachment size : 20450 Kb (maximum: 20.0 Mb)
Maximum allowed space for members : 20450 Kb (maximum: 20.0 Mb)
Maximum allowed space for moderators : 20450 Kb (maximum: 20.0 Mb)
Maximum attachments by messages : 1

2nd. You don't have permission to view this page.

right you will have to set your forums permissiosn for members to attacth files, along with setting the file size you wish to allow as ace suazo has siad abaove.

Thank you for your input and answers.

All of the forums attachment abilities are back now.

To follow up though:

Yesterday, I tried setting the attachment size and gallery size in all different combinations (all free space to attachment; 50/50 gallery and attachment) but nothing worked. It would just say cannot upload attachment.

And yes, I am the admin. I have both admin and a normal user account and yesterday both account experience the same problems as did all other forum users. Our forum has been working for well over 2 years with all permissions for users relatively stable in terms of sending and viewing attachments.

Weird problem that seems to have fixed itself.

My one concern going forward would be to make sure that this doesn't happen every time we add storage.
