Links and Images viewable by Mods Only

I'm ElfenMagix, an admin the Cyborg Central forum: http://gunslinger-girl.up-with.com/

Just recently we ran into a problem: Newly posted links and images gets to see this instead:
[Only mods are allowed to see this link]

Admins and mods can see the links and images but not users.

I checked the entire admin panel to see if there is a site variable or flag that has to be set or unset. I did not find anything that could have helped with this.

Just recently it was discovered that the user posting the link/image can see the link/image as well. Older links and images are viewable by everyone, old meaning anything older than 1 week when this problem started.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
