Loading Page - Leeloo Code Help

I have followed the instructions to the best of my abilities. When I use the 'preview' button before saving the code it works perfectly! So I save everything as told and when I go back into the forum to make sure it is working, the first page loads fine. Click the button to go to the loading page. Works great. But after it is done loading it refers back to the welcome page rather than the home page of the forum. Sad

Here is what I have used as my first code:

It is currently disabled so that members can still log into the forum and post, but I could not find a help source for this.
