There's multiple chat-boxes.

The forumotion's one:
ACP >> Modules >> Chatbox >> Active >> Yes


You can add this one as well:

Hello I make this new tutorial for fm chat and.. nothing.. my chat is older version with no new options ..

After activating the chatbox, did you choose where to display?
If your using the regular forumotion chatboxyou need to choose one of the options:

If you follow and read the tutorial properly, it'll work fine.
