Removing Points From Specific Accounts

For my forum, I plan to have, as a form of punishment, the removal of points, or removing points for people when they earn things or "buy" things.

Is there a way for me to remove points from specific accounts? I am aware that I can donate points, but can I remove them? Doing this will help me better control my forum and bring more joy to the members of my forum. If I go RPG in my forum, I can use points to earn people certain careers, abilities, etc.

So, as the title of the topic and the first sentence of the second paragraph asks, am I able to remove points from specific accounts?
