Auto Welcome Message

In some forums i joined when i log in for the first time i see 1 new message in my Inbox how can i make this to work in my forum like every new member get a new message ?

Go to AP>>General>>Messages and e-mails>>Private messages>>

On that page scroll down where you see "Allow welcome private message" and select "yes", then under that you will see a text box where you can write your welcome message that all new members will receive, then save your settings.
