Yes, this does appear to be a nastily worded threat of some sort. Is this from a member of your forum?? If so, then you could ban them along with their e-mail & IP addresses.

You should, also, change the word "Thread" to "Threat: in the title of this thread.

You will find this in your Admin Panel>>Advanced version>>Users & groups>>Users>>Ban Control. There you will find the means to ban a user, their e-mail address & IP address.

Click Add for each one after you have entered in their info.
