So I can't access my forum (www.lasb.biz) with my founder acc for over a week now.
- Other members can login with no problems
- I have requested new founder password and it is not working, twice
- Different machine, connection, OS or browser doesn't solve the problem

I've maybe wrote so you couldn.t understand me or I'm just doing something wrong so bare with me...

I can't login to forum with my main admin/founder account.
I got my founder password (https://help.forumotion.com/t93821-lost-founder-s-password) and with tools (https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/) I did remove the security 'Disallow to send a new password to administrators and moderators' so I could ask for new admin password.

The problem is next - The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.

But that what I write is my admin account email because I don't use other email, emails sent to my admin account come to that email and it can be seen in my profile with other admin account (with which I can't change my password because only a founder can change his own profile).

Sorry for long topic, but it's kinda frustrating not be able to login to forum for over a week now and I hope you can understand the situation.

I can't be more sure that I have the right mail.
Just retested. If somebody sends me email through forum it comes to this very email I write in when I try to reset the password. And when you look my profile it's that email.

Zeef, your problem is already reported. I have not heard from Leeloo about it.
