The domain name being used by our forum is about to expire http://www.agencetoutrisques.com/ . The founder has not been involved in the forum for some time and we had this issue last year - but managed to get it renewed in time - this year we didnt see any warning message in the adminstration panel so it went by unnoticed until the domain name expired.

Can you please let us know how we can go about renewing the domain name ASAP

By this, you should contact your founder personally if possible. If not and the founder left the forum at least six months, proceed here => https://help.forumotion.com/t81878-recovery-or-change-founder-of-an-account

It is very unlikely we are able to make contact with the forum founder - yes i am now aware of the change of founder policy - but at this point that will take longer to do than to take care of renewing the domain name - which is the immediate problem.

I were given a way to do this last year when this happened - i just need this method offered again. But unlike last year i can see no email address to send this request to. So hence the request is here.
