HTML Display

Hi
I've created a page in AceHtml it displays and works great, it's an email form, users fill it in, click submit and the results are sent to my email address.

But when I copied and pasted the code in to a new topic on the forum, then clicked preview, it displayed all wrong, why would this be? html is always on.

Is it possible to have a form with radio buttons, drop down box, submit and cancel buttons and have the results sent to my inbox on the forum?

You could make a full HTML page and then add the link to the page in the navbar. To make the page go to admin panel=>Modules=>HTML=>HTML Pages management

What I want now is, when the member clicks the submit button the info on the page is sent to my PM is this possible?
