    Solved Welcome to the Support Forum script

    I've searched and found one post about this but it didn't answer how to do it.
    I'd like to add this:
    Welcome to the Support Forum script 11-09-10

    I'm pretty sure it will go in the homepage message but would like the code to do it. I'd like it to look just like it does here with the line under Welcome to the Support Forum and the - line in front of the links.

    I am using phpBB2
