Hey Need forum founder help

Hello.
I'm not sure what to do. A friend started this forum for me as she was my tech staff in a game I created. A little while later she left my game without transferring over the founder of the forums to me. If you go to my forums you will see how long she has been idle. I have tried desperately to contact her with no response.

I have put a lot of time and effort in to the forum and now i need access to founder stuff i find i am stumped. Please can you help me transfer founder so i don't have to start all over again. It will take me a long time to transfer everything to a new forum and we currently have a lot of members that will need to start over as well.

My Forums is http://burningbridge.vampire-legend.net/ I am Avy and am listed as an Administrator. Maggie is noted as the founder but she has not been on in almost 2 years now.
