Is it possible to limit each user to one reply post per forum or topic? I would like to check the number of replies by the user each time they submit a new reply and reject the post if they already have a reply post in the forum (or topic). I'm using the reply posts as a voting mechanism and want to limit each user to one vote.

You can adjust that when you use the poll vote.

My understanding of the poll vote was that I needed to set up a poll for each item I wanted voted on. I don't want to set up specific polls, rather I want each topic to be voted on by the number of replies. Have I misunderstood the poll vote option?
