Extra Comments:Ok so the image above I need the green bar to be orange for Post New and Post Reply. All the others on here want that green bar gone completely.

Post Locked -no green bar (color overlay of red, set the opacity to around 25% so it doesn't over power the original image. Font needs to be white with no overlay over that)
Quote-no green bar
Thanks- (one with half transparency,one with none)
