Warning Bar

I would like to how i can do the warning or that notice thing to another member? *My friend wants to know it, not me. She is admin of her own forum and she asked from me about it but i don't know answer for that*

ACP < Users & Groups < Profiles < Click on the + Sign on the right of Special Fields < Type: A bar < Necessarily filled?: No < Display: Check on both boxes < Display Type: Icon + Text < Who can modify the profile field value ?: Check Moderators < Minimum Value: 0 < Maximum Value: You decide < The rest is up to you < Save.
