Is this breaking copyright?

A long time ago, my friend copied and pasted his Role-playing rules from his own forumotion forum to my forum . Is that breaking copyright? Because of it is, I don't want to get a message on the ACP saying that my forum could get deleted because of that. So I'm just making sure.

Hi, if your friend wrote those rules and has allowed your forum to use those rules (which I assume they have since they copied and pasted them) then you don't have a problem.
