Tabs in an annoucement

Hi hi ~

I've been trying to get this done for way to long, so I thought: why not ask for some help?
What I've been trying to do is to get tabs in an annoucement. I know which codes I need to use when I want to have tabs in a portal widget, but for some reason those codes don't really work in annoucement. The text won't stay in the tab etc.

I hope somebody could help to get the right code, once I have that I know how to continue ;p
