How I add a footer?

I just making a webs and fans page and I want make footer, so if my user want to going the forum web/fans page, they just clicked the link. And my questions, how to make the footer like this?

@Sanket you can't access the templates with a test account, you need Founder account.

If you're using Invision, its impossible to find the code since its on the templates which invision and phpBB3 dont have access to the templates.

I forgot. Yes, i will require the main admin account to check if it was phpbb2. Since, she is using invision now it won't be possible.
