Login Button top on portal

i saw a forum witch has login system allowed on top on portal i really want to know how its done..

and i also want to know how to add partners and how to make recent news.

First, you can change this all at your ACP in "Modules / Portal / Portal Pages Management / Structure".

Login: "addition of existing modules" choose 'LogIn' and a location and save.

Recent News: "addition of existing modules" choose 'News' and a location.
- you can also change the forum of the news and some further options at "Modules / Portal / Configuration / Module News Options"

Affiliates: Go again to the "Structure" page and scroll entirely down and click "create a custom block". Give it a name (for within admin panel) and a title (that will be displayed as headline in portal) and enter this code into the Blocksource field:

i know them i were changing this and its done now...well i need to know creat gallery ,youtube video on portal, and also want to know that 5€ is how much points actully i want to buy a Domain..

thru allow pal and i need to know admin ranks and creat legend on forum.
