Problem domain extension :(

i'm from Indonesia

I want to renew the domain my forums " rf-ps.com "

but the problem is , i dont have a paypal . .

i just have credit card Bank of central asia [ BCA ]

what i must do it ?
i really confused about this.

Nopes, it cannot be done with cash. Someone having a paypal account or Allopass can buy the credits for you & you in turn can pay them the cash.

i can't find some people have paypal account in indonesian
it's so hard , cause we using machine atm.
