In Utilities error ??

So i read the guide for the the Utilities/Back up
All i want to do is a back up and update my email address on the Utilities.
After i do the Authentification , and then do the click on backup full , and date.
and Click summit , it takes me back to the Authentification page again....
Why does it do that ?
Is there a time period i have to wait for it to be backed up ???

So is there anything i can do ?

Okay so im having the same problems as those members as well. I cleared my cookies and catch and still nothing works.. The back up function isn't working at all.. ?

I tried "FireFox" "Chrome" & "Internet Ex" and still nothing is working.

No if she is the only one that fix it, then PM her, just try to be patient on her receiving it because she may have a lot of other messages to reply to as well. But she will get it worked out for ya.

yeah i know , she got the Founder thing worked out for me this morning...
I kinda wish she was on now , so i can get this solved.
