This is related to my forum but not a problem in my forum. I have a custom domain and have been using Roundcube webmail since starting the forum a couple weeks ago. I have two separate Roundcube accounts. Both accounts have worked fine up until now, but now both accounts have the same problem.
I can do everything except send and receive email. I can log in, Compose a new message, and click Send, change settings, and so on. But when I try to send an email out, Roundcube attempts to send the message but within a couple seconds, comes back with this message "An error occurred! Failed to send message."
I have tried sending out a very simple message, same error. I have tried to send a brief test email from my personal email application on my Mac to both of the two Roundcube accounts associated with this forum. None of those messages end up in the Roundcube account Inbox, and I have not received any bounce back emails saying my forum email accounts don't exist, so the accounts do still exist.
I have two Roundcube mailboxes, and one of those accounts has a redirect. Both accounts cannot send or receive emails.
Can you tell me if this is a general Roundcube problem? Are my accounts part of a larger outage that is affecting more people? As far as I know, I can't get to the Roundcube accounts' error log files, so I can't diagnose this on my own. I know you folks hire this function out, but Roundcube Support itself appears only to deal with installation issues or with people who have direct access to their Roundcube installed files, which obviously I don't have.
Can you give me any indication of what is going on or where to go to get support for your company's installation of Roundcube that I am using?
