Insalling a guest book

I was thinking of adding a guest book to the forum. from Ultraguest.

below is the code given me to install. Before I do so I would like to receive permission to do so as I do not want to cause issues with the forum nor with the host, forumotion. Also, where would I install this? thanks in advance.

Yes you can add it. You could add it anywhere in a widget or Display>Generalities
