    Solved member register problem

Post by imtolegittoquit January 11th 2013, 2:56 am

I have a person that is trying to register and entered the wrong email address (one that is not his) for the confirmation email. He cannot re-register now because it tells him that there is already a user with that name. I do not have him on my members list yet, I guess because he did not complete his registration, so I cannot delete him so he can start over. I tried re-syncing without any success. It is important that he use a specific username because we use them with a different service as well. any help would be greatly appreciated. http://bf3clan.forumotion.com Thanks in advance guys.
