A member is trying to join my group but is having issues with it-she keeps getting this "password isn't strong enough" but she is in other groups on forumotion.  Can you please check into this and see what the issue is for her and thank you?

Is she using the same password on the other forum?

I believe she changed  her password.  But I use the same name and password in my forums and it doesn't effect me like this

is she changing the username and password often? if yes this might happens for security reasons

she can put a stronger password by including numbers or/and capital letters
what is the problem of putting a strong password? it is not wise to have the same password on many sites

Well it keeps wanting her to put even a much stronger one-I never had that issue before.  She said she keeps putting in different passwords and it keeps saying the same thing to her

she must wait 24 hours , the system may think she is a spammer if she tried too many times at once

is she trying to register or log in ?

also advice her to clear browser cache

New members who apply in my forum (which has been inactive for quite a few years, but we're starting it back up) get a 404 error message when applying.

I realize the answer usually is clearing the cache which isn't the case in most of our issues--the issue is solved though now as she was able to finally get in.  Had nothing to do with cache though.  Thank you
