Direct link to another site

Hi all, first off I want to say sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section!

What I'm trying to do is create a forum but I want it link directly to another site when you click on it, is this possible?

Hi I was actually wanting to put it in the forum name but I don't think that is possible?
