I have a member trying to register but the forum keeps banning her?

Tried different names, different emails & Ip's but it still keeps banning!!!

Any ideas?

Hi i am not sure with this one. Has she tried clearing her cookies and files and registering again? have you made sure there is no banned IP or email addresses still in your ban control in admin>>>usersandgroups>>>users>>>ban control?
