    Try using this , here you don't have that thing at top of box. Only box.

    ACP > Messages and e-mails > Announcements
    Put settings how would you like , hit Save.

    Then click on green plus and make new announce.

    What thing? The Welcome thingy message? It's an image and I want this message align on top of the forums only.
