Our site admin is no longer active.

Hello there, out site admin hasn't logged in over 9 months, and we only have 1 moderator. Is there some way to petition to change the admin or some sort of procedure to go through.

We have pm'd the admin on the site and private emails but no responses.

Can someone clarify or point me in the right direction?
