I can no longer make a forumotion site and dont know why

I need some help im trying to create a forumotion site for something and its not letting me and I make new Emails and it says this email is already belongs to an existing account and I have tried on Opera, Chrome and Internet explorer and it still doesn't work.

Could you please send me via private message the email you're using for creating a new forum? The email is maybe listed on our anti-spam tool.

When I try to create the forum with a brand new email address, it says "Sorry, it looks like xxxx@hotmail.com belongs to an existing account."

This is strange because the email is new and the forum name is new.
Now I hv used the account name and email to create an account here to report the error.

Hope you can help soon and I cannot send PM here.

send your Email address you want to use to @Buttercup by pm she will run your account info in our tools and see what this is not letting you make a forum of your own.

having used your Email address for making an account here on this support forum will not be a problem for us.

With out sending this data to buttercup there will be nothing else we can do.
