Cannot access my forum, password is wrong apparently.

Hi, I need help in accessing my forum.

I only registered it today & tried to access it, but it says "password or username is wrong" (or words to that effect).

I managed to access the "servimg" image account, but still can't login to my forum.

I know that I need to post 2 messages before I can post a personal message (PM).

How long will it take before any help is available ?

You are correct about two posts requirement to send a pm. Reply back to my post, and you will have the two posts.

This is assuming that the admins work a set pattern & not flexy-time.

Do not send one to each one. Just send one pm to just one listed member. Sending multi-pms could cause your password to be reset many times.

All it says on the home page is:

"Members connected during last 12 hours"

That's not an indication of anyone online.
How are you supposed to know if anyone is currently online ?

If they use volunteers to help out on the forums, what time span does everyone get seen to ?

So, what happens if the person that you've sent a PM to is sick & cannot access their account for several days ?

Is it acceptable to PM someone else ?

I chose Forumotion for the quality of their product.

I'm hoping that their customer service is up to scratch.

It seems that no-one is available to help me out & with no indication of when help will arrive, what do you suggest apart from "Be patient" ?

If you have not received a reply in two days, you can send a pm to another listed staff member or resend one to the one you sent the first one ot.

You were quick in answering my first post, perhaps they should promote you so that you can help out people this time of night.

The whole world operates 24/7, it is unacceptable that they leave no-one to help or no automated service to reset passwords.

Two days is a long time on the internet, and it's a bit bizarre considering that companies are built on customer satisfaction & reputation. Perhaps they have so many customers that they don't care.

I really hope that it's going to be sooner than that.

Dude can you have some patience? Sheesh man. Most of the people who are admins aren't in America, and it's like the middle of the night for most of them. Even Sanket, it's still only like 6am.

Just have some patience.
