Dice Rolling Module

I need help, I've looked and looked again and can't see where to add dice.

The module is turned on in the admin panel - I can see Activate the Dice Rolls (yes), Change the wording dices roll and that's it. There's no option on this screen to 'Add Dice'

When posting, the dice window is available but it just says

Dice rolls

No dice available.

This same problem is happening with me. Also, when I click on dice roll old it says this,

Error
The requested file "admin_roll_dice_old.forum" do not exist or do not exist anymore.

I need help too.
