Autoclose the table

I moved the snippet of code of ov_header to mod_login and the widgets go to top.

But, this table looks:

I sure, it's end of table added by the system because it have many errors in last time. For example, the return overall_header to standard value т_т
Yes, i checked the patterns for dozens of times and absolutely sure in it.
