When ever someone posts a message in the chatbox, it will BEEP and the page will scroll down to the bottom of the page on its own. Why is this so? Please I dont want it to happen

Well that one should not be making any kind of noise. Did you modify anything or add codes right before this happened?

The cache does need regular cleaning, just to prevent any issues
The default chatbox shouldn't be making any noises, can u confirm that is the default chatbox via:
Admin panel >> Modules > Chatbox > Activate = Active/inactive?
I have heard of codes being able to make noises in the default chatbox, so, have u added any codes for it?
