chatbox doesn't refresh

I have an issue on my forum where our chatbox doesn't auto refresh the messages, but only I have problem with that. It only updates when I type something and send the message or just refresh the page. I cleared the cookies, but this doesn't help much. I have this issue on Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera. I really don't know what to do, I know chatbox sometimes does that, but I have this problem like for 4 days now.

Sorry about the delayed response. Have you tried logging in from a different device (Ie a different computer, phone, tablet, etc) to see if the issue occurs there as well?

Also have you tried clearing the cache on the browsers as well or just the cookies?

This is a bug that the techs are aware of it but unfortunately, we dont have a solution yet , but we're working on it
