Invalid username or password
Hello, this is re: thelockinn.forumotion.co.uk
One of my Admins has started having trouble logging in - she keeps getting "Invalid username or password". Yesterday she cleared her cookies, and then was able to log in, but she has got the same problem again today.
ETS: The messages she is getting are either that she's an inactive user or the wrong password/username has been used - but none of those things are true!
Any ideas on why this would be happening all of a sudden?
Thanks

Try logging into the account after changing her password for the account yourself. See if you face the problem.

OK, so I've tried that, and it's now working.
Have you got any idea why this keeps happening to her?

I am 100% sure, she doesn't remember her password. Since, she clears her cache etc. Her passwords are deleted & she has to enter the password for the forum, which she might have entered incorrectly.

Sorry I didn't think I was double-posting, apologies.
I'm pretty sure she was using the right password (I set it, so I know it was right, and it didn't work for me until I reset it again). Someone else had this problem a couple of months ago as well, using the same username and password that they always had.

There is nothing else that can justify this then.

Not really as we don't know what's causing the problem, but I guess it's as solved as it's going to be! Thanks - how do I mark as Solved? Do I just lock the topic?
