I would like to disable the possibility to hide that you are online on my forum.
Can anyone help me with this?

Go to admin panel->general->security and in the list of options there is one that says allow moderators to see hidden users. Just click on the inactive link and it should turn active. Then you should be able to see them, since you should be in the moderator group.
