google ads Empty google ads

hello!
i opened a google adsense account and i want to add ads from it
when i go to points management and enable ads and on my announce i put the code google gave me + a donate button from paypal
and when i validate it all
i go to the forum and it shows google ads in arabic.....
what should i do?
