To ensure that guests should not see a particular post and should register and login before seeing her post ..A member used "Hidden" tag ..what ensued was that the newly registered members were unable to see the content even after they registered and logged into the site to read that post ...while couple of us could read her post as well as see the images.. what went wrong , How to remedy it ??

You need to post in the thread to see the content inside the tags.

Only the members with moderation permissions can see a hidden content without replying to that thread. If a member have not these permissions he should write a comment to the topic to see the content between the tag [hide].
