    In progress can't remember password

    I created a form a few years ago. It has been over a year since I have been on it, but I am trying to get it going again. Problem is... I no longer know the password to the email address I had used at the time. How can I get access to form again as an admin? How can I prove that it is my fourm? I put a lot of design and work into it and don't want to have to start over. Thanks!
