I don't remember my password

Hi,i am a new member.i am the founder of a forum and i have a big problem.
before 1 week i delete my foroum by accident.i restored it by doing back up but now i can't log in because i am not remember the password i have give when i' ve made it!
i have had put and another person as "admin'' but she can't see the administration panel in the bottom any more,to help me.
please can you help me?i don't know what to do....

the solution says that i must sent a pm to the staff but i can't do this because i am a new member and i can't sent pm yet!

Your welcome.

You should be able to send one now however. I believe the requirements for sending PM's is that you have a minimum of two posts. And as that was your second you should be all set now.
