I can't remember my Admin Password

Hello, I'm the Admin of this forum http://stellanskarsgard.frbb.net/forum and it's been years since I've stopped by there and wanted to delete the forum today. I do remember the email I was using for this forum, but when I tried to reset my password, this message appeared "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security" I really don't know what to do anymore

Also going to add to Jophy's post, You need at least 2 posts to be able to send a pm so i think replying on this topic will now allow you to use the pm feature.
