One of my members suddenly cannot remember her password. She is logged in at the moment but is afraid of the moment she needs to login again. How do I help her, I do not know her password, do I??

Re: Member does not remember password
Hi,
Request a new password for her and you can create the new password for her via Admin Panel, or they can do the following:
If they're logged on they can simply click on "Profile" >> Preferences >> They should have the option: Change Your Password: <modify>

Re: Member does not remember password
No you cannot see her password.
What you can do is go into your ACP --> Users and Groups --> Search Users --> Find this person --> Click on her username --> Changer her password to something simple.
Then send it to her in private message on your forum. Then tell her to go into her profile via the navigation bar and click "Change your password" and she'll be able to change her password as you'll have given her a password she can use and she'll be able to change it.
Edit: I see Sir Chivas has posted before me. Either method will work. I had this typed out so I thought I'd post it anyway.
