My mods can't do anything!

When I click on administration panel and I put it inactive for "Dissallow moderators to ban members" my mods still can't ban people. And when I put forum permissions control for mods to create a sticky and announcement they can't. They also can't lock topics. I found this out because I made a test account and made myself a moderator.

Have you made sure to add your moderators to the "Moderators" group?

try this:

go into admin panel, users and groups, users, click on the user you want to be a mod, now click permissions, have you set it up so that they are actually mods, not just in the group?

And yeah I did add them to my moderators group.

i think you have not set the permissions. try this admin>>forum>>permission>>check moderator for permission.

I did set up the permissions for the forums and it still doesnt work.

The problem is with the permissions of the group. Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Groups=>Group Administration. Click on this icon and look at the "Is Moderator" option. Check the "Is Moderator" box for every topics you want them to be able to moderate.
