Information this board has no forums - Error

Hi.
I'm just creating my first forum and all seemed to be going well apart from the first other person I got to check over the forum can't log in.

They keep getting the message "Information this board has no forums"

They are registered and activated and they can log on through wifi on a laptop but whenever they try on an iPad, iPhone or android tablet they get the "Information this board has no forums" error. I have tried logging on, on my iPad with their user name and password and its fine.

They have cleared all cookies and data on there iPad etc but they're still getting the same problem. I've checked all the permissions etc and it's all fine.

I'm really stumped, does anyone have any ideas?

It would appear it's connected to the mobile view mode.

If the user switches to classic view the problem is resolved.

Hope this helps anyone else that may come across this problem.
