Edit the user's permission: ACP >> Users & Groups >> Search Users: permission

Chivas, that just prevent the member from posting. I do not beleive that there is a way to keep one user from posting link, but you can prevent new members from posting links. ACP >> GENERAL >> FORUM >> SECURITY >> "Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : 'NO' " >> SAVE
