time zone incorrect Empty time zone incorrect

My time zone is wrong , it is set to GMT , but it is showing gmt +1 hour ? wierd .....

whats the problem ....

Have you changed it both from the admin panel and your profile? Change it from admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration "System Timezone" option and from Profile=>Preferences tab(from your nav bar) "Timezone :".
