Register / Login pop up

Hey there was some pop up at the beginning, like welcome message which invites them to join for full access .
Where it was

1. Click on your admin panel.

2. Click on the 'general' tab.

3. Click on 'configuration' under 'forum'.

4. Scroll down to 'Login popup' and edit it it to say what you want.
