How to add a content delete moderation button? Empty How to add a content delete moderation button?

I would like to add a new moderation button that is placed where the other forum moderation buttons will appear. The button will say (in red) the following: [ Content Delete ]. The button will be available for forum moderators and administrators. When a mod/admin click on the button, then that forum is instantly locked, and the topic text is changed to "[ Content Deleted ]".

In advanced, I'd like to thank you very much for giving me the code for this/helping me with this.
