How to remove the following sections

Hello everyone! Can somebody help me please with the next questions, it's very important for my forum, thank you very much in advance!

(Here I post the screen of what I want to do more or less):



1) in the upper part of the page I want the remove the sections of topics, posts and last posts and instead of that transfer the images exactly to the middle of the rectangle so the sections looks smooth without the empty right side.

2) how to remove the text of "Forum 1" on the left (marked with blue) and make the "Forum 1" in the middle (marked with orange) look bigger and maybe make a style change of letters (actually, this is another question also, how to change the style of letters for different sections of the forum?)

3) the down section of the forum is ok, I want to leave it is as it is with no changes, I'm just not sure that if I implement some changes in the upper part, is the down part going to be affected or no?

3. Yes, by removing the the columns of topics and messages will affect all of the other Categories & Forums, and also the bigger title on the middle part (Talking about the circle one in orange).
